World Transition to Democracy: Draft Road Map
1. Provisional Assembly to be elected once a year through Internet means and work on remote basis as representation and the voice of community
2. The first time Assembly has been elected by majority of the Earth population it becomes Constituent Assembly
3. Constituent Assembly within the year of its term adopts World Constitution or proposes its text to World Referendum
4. Acting President and Constituent Assembly set general election to World Parliament and, whether provided by Consitution, set presidential election
5. After session of World Parliament begins, Acting President steps down and returns seals to newly elected World President
